paul paquet
Paul is a second generation photographer who grew up surrounded by visual arts, photography and videography. He cut his teeth shooting and developing film and even had an early home video editing board that allowed him to create his own music videos and short films. His hunger for the newest techniques lead him to become an early adopter of digital cameras and camcorders, as well as digital non-linear editing platforms. In order to enhance his photography and design work, he was also an early adopter of Photoshop and continues to grow as a power user. In addition to his focus on photography and videography, Paul is an accomplished visual artist and musician who has created soundtracks and live-scored a number of events.
Having been a part of the transition from analog to digital, Paul has the foundational knowledge that elevates him from a hobbyist who simply uses the newest tool to an artist who has the eye, the skill and the fundamentals dialed in. He has shot photography in nearly every capacity from available light candids to events to controlled studio work. He has produced video content that spans genres and styles, including work as head of GoPro and drone footage for one of only four Wall of Death motordrome touring attractions in the US. He is a versatile visual artist who has the tools, knowledge and skills to bring any project to life.
